We’re playing an exclusive dinner for another benefit, I forgot what it’s for, again. Well, it’s definitely in the vein of something political we believe in. Jane Fonda will be there and so will Eddie Izzard. They’ll be playing footsie under the table, which I’ll make a point to expose to all guests in attendance. Then, I’ll be embarrassed when they deny it and I’ll have 20 more minutes left of the set to try to make nice with the audience. Sigh. Wear your Grandmother’s pearls.
